Your rental period is 7 days and can vary if unforseen delays arrise in shipping.

Example:
• January 1st. - Rental order is placed
• January 2nd. - Rental order ships
• January 4th. - Rental order delivers
• January 11th - Suggested Return Date = This is the date you should turn your package over to UPS in order to arrive on time to avoid late charges.
• January 14th - Due Date =This is the date the background must arrive at our fulfillment center.

•Email notifications will alert you when your returned items have been received.

Late Fees are as Follows:
$5.00 per day. Late fees will begin on the 8th day from initial package delivery and will continue for 14 days. Any item not returned after these 14 days will automatically be billed $129.99 per 5’ x 6’ rental and $169.99 per 6’ x 8’ rental. These charges are not subject to negotiation and agreed to upon placement of your order.
