After enjoying your week-long background rental, returning it is simple. First off, return
shipping is paid by us! When you receive your background, return paperwork is supplied as
well as a prepaid shipping label and shipping bag. All instructions are simple and clear.
- Once your order is shipped, we will send to you an e-mail listing the due date of your
background. This is the date the background must arrive at our fulfillment center.
- Next, in this same e-mail we will also supply a "suggested return date." This is the date
you should turn your package over to a UPS Store or drop box in order to have the
background arrive on time.
- Place the background in the provided shipping bag and seal closed.
- Place the prepaid return shipping label on the outside of the shipping bag. Drop off at
your nearest UPS Store or drop box.
Locate a UPS Store of Drop Box near you.
Once the background is returned, we'll log it into our system and send you an e-mail letting
you know it arrived.
Late fees are as follows:
- Late Fees = $5.00 per day, regardless of background size, up to 14 days. Late fees will
go into affect one day after the due date and will be charged daily, up to 14 days.
Maximum late fee charge = $70.00.
- Once a background is 14 days late, the scenic background is considered to be purchased.
A 5’ x 6’ Scenic Background has a purchase price of $119.99 and a 6' x 8' Scenic
Background has a purchase price of $149.99. Prices will be charged at full retail pricing
(less rental fees paid).
