Rental designs are subject to availability and are shipped on a first come, first serve basis. Included in your delivery will be the scenic background(s), a return shipping bag(s), as well as a pre-paid return shipping label(s). If the package arrives damaged, please do not accept delivery and contact us right away. After you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming your order with an order summary including the items you purchased and a purchase total. We will also send you an email when your order ships and let you know when you can expect delivery. If your order is sent in multiple shipments you will receive a separate notification for each shipment. Shipping and handling costs are charged per item and are not based on delivery location. If you enter a promotional code for shipping when you check out but elect to use a more expensive shipping option than is covered by the promotional code we will apply the promotional code discount and charge you any remaining balance for shipping and handling costs. We cannot ship to multiple addresses for the same order. If you want to ship items to multiple addresses you must place a separate order for each shipping address. If your order is undeliverable it will be returned to us and we will notify you via email address provided at checkout that your order could not be delivered. We will automatically refund the cost of the order (less shipping and handling charges). Therefore, it is important that you provide us with your current e-mail and ship to address at all times.
